Exchanges within 28 days of delivery to you with tags still on/unworn.
Please leave the completed returns form in the bag for return/exchange.
We will refund your item in the case of return within 14 days of receiving the item.
Note: We prefer you to use Royal Mail's "Tracked 24" option for small packages up to 2kg.
In Accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day period in which to notify us of the return to get your full refund. This is for online and telephone orders, and is not the policy if you pick-up in store. If you pick-up in store, we reserve the right to our store's return policy of 7 days to notify us of a return for full refund.
