SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to get your items to you as soon as possible. We ask 4-7 business days for us to get your item hand-packed, make and print shipping labels, and drop them off at our local post delivery office.
If you have selected 'pre-order' then we ask an additional 7 days (14 total) to allow time for us to order from our suppliers and get them delivered to our shop. It often takes less than 14 days, but occasionally there are customs delays or issues manufacturing which we cannot control, so we will do our best in those cases to contact you about any additional delays. To ensure we can provide the best service with limited staff, we ask that you only reach out when you have waited longer than this 14-day period.
EASY RETURNS
In the case you need to return your item for a refund or exchange, you will need to post it back to us and fill out the returns form provided in your order. As a small shop, we cannot offer free returns at this time unless there is a fault with your unworn item.
Online orders have a 14-day 'cooling off' period in which you can return the item and receive a refund for the item. This changes to 7-days if you choose to collect your item from the shop. If you have not notified us that you plan on returning your item for a refund within 14 days of the item arriving to you, then we reserve the right to offer an exchange (within 28 days) instead of a refund.

*We prefer Royal Mail as it is more dependable than Evri and DPD. Please keep track of your tracking number in any case as we cannot offer a refund if it has been lost. However, with a tracking number we can file a claim for the item and then give you an exchange/refund.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We use Royal Mail 'Tracked 24' to get your items to you as soon as possible. We enter your email address to the Royal Mail tracking so you also receive up-to-date notifications regarding your delivery window. You will also receive an automated email from our website when the tracking number has been entered (usually after we have physically packed and dropped it off at the post office).
COMMON QUESTIONS
1. I ordered and have not had a dispatch email yet?
We will only send a dispatch email when we have physically packed and sent your item to the Post Office, so if there has been a delay you will hear from us within the 7 day delivery aim, or 14 day delivery aim if you 'pre-ordered'. If it hasn't been 7 days yet since ordering, please allow us this time to get your order handled before contacting us please and thanks! There's only 1 of us working during the day so we will do our best!
2. What does 'pre-order' mean?
When we are out of stock, but know that we can get more of an item, we use the 'pre-order' function to know that someone wants to purchase that item so that we can order it from our supplier. We are a small shop, so we can't continuously have everything available at all times, so we rely on 'pre-orders' to know what the people want and then we ask our supplier to get more, which takes about an additional week.
3. I ordered something on 'pre-order' but got it 2 days later - how did I get it so quick?
Sometimes others have 'pre-ordered' an item earlier, so we have already asked our supplier to send more! In that case, we send to those who have pre-ordered first before putting in our shop, so you might have ordered at just the right time! We send it with 24 hour tracked delivery, so if we have it, you will get it super quickly!
4. I would like to change my order to a different address. How can I do that?
That's super easy for us to do for you! Just contact us through the chat/email function or even call our shop. We can then change the address on the order and send it there no problem!
5. I am from Ireland / EU and I don't know why I have received a customs charge?
Our EU customers are very important to us! You will need to pay a EU VAT on items from overseas. If it is not paid, it will be returned to us. However, we will refund you the 20%UK VAT you paid at checkout so that you are not paying twice. So if you see a refund from us that is why. If you see a cheaper price on the customs form, again that is the cost before VAT so not to worry - you aren't being ripped off - we refund you our UK VAT so that you only pay the EU VAT. **Note the EU Vat is more than what UK charges and we don't have any say in that, so if you do not wish to pay for EU VAT, then that is fine, but we cannot refund you until the items are returned to us.
