Full refund within 14 days of delivery to you with tags still on/unworn. 

Exchanges within 28 days of delivery to you with tags still on/unworn. 

Must provide tracking number for returned item to us via email or chat before we can issue exchange/refund.

Please leave a note in the bag with your name and order number and reason for return/exchange.

Note: We prefer you to use Royal Mail's "Tracked 24" option for small packages up to 2kg. 

In Accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day period in which to notify us of the return to get your full refund. This is for online and telephone orders, and is not the policy if you pick-up in store. If you pick-up in store, we reserve the right to our store's return policy of 7 days to notify us of a return for full refund.
