*Note, these items have fit size UK6 up to size UK22, but entirely depends on the person's individual shape (height, torso length, bust, shoulders, etc) so we recommend trying it, and if needing a refund/exchange, please follow our returns policy outlined above. 

We have tested this garment in a gentle or cold wash cycle and has been fine. 

Recommend to wash inside out and hang dry. 

**We are unable to have free returns at this time as we are a small boutique unless there is a fault with the item**

Full refund within 14 days of delivery to you with tags still on/unworn. 

Exchanges within 28 days of delivery to you with tags still on/unworn. 

Must provide tracking number for returned item to us via email or chat before we can issue exchange/refund.

Please leave a note in the bag with your name and order number and reason for return/exchange.

Note: We prefer you to use Royal Mail's "Tracked 24" option for small packages up to 2kg. 

 

In Accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day period in which to notify us of the return to get your full refund. This is for online and telephone orders, and is not the policy if you pick-up in store. If you pick-up in store, we reserve the right to our store's return policy of 7 days to notify us of a return for full refund.
